Research On Number Of Related Problems Of Search And Rescue On The Three Gorges Reservoir Area Waters

Three Gorges project water storage in June 2003,and began to do the experimental water 175 meters(172.5m in fact)in November 2008,the backwater region reached Huahongpu in Jiangjin,and the reservoirs covering a total area of 1084 square km,so that the Three Gorges Reservoir Area 660 kilometers of waterway conditions are greatly improved.But,the hydrology,meteorology, navigation marks,water construction,shipping density of the Three Gorges reservoir area has changed a lot,a number of unprecedented problems follow.At the same time,security requirements has been increased,therefore,the work of water safety in the reservoir area will not be able to relax,but should be strengthened.In addition, the Three Gorges Project is the world's major works,in case of water accidents happen in the reservoir area,especially serious safety incident or Pollution incidents, if unable to obtain timely assistance,it will endanger the reservoir area people's lives and property and destroy the ecological environment of the reservoir area,even the whole Yangtze River,restrict economic development,and even bring about a serious negative impact at home and abroad.Therefore,all levels of management are very concerned about how to ensure that the water safety in the reservoir area and reduce accident losses.So the search and rescue work in the reservoir area has become an urgent and important issues.The research work in line with the state for the latest search and rescue requirements,do a lot of research and analysis of the safety status of water and search status in the whole country,Changjiang MSA area and the reservoir area.On this basis,chose " The establishment of water search and rescue joint mechanism in the reservoir area" and" The establishment of water search and rescue fund in the reservoir area" two questions to research.Finally,solved the key issues.This article is divided into 6 chapters:Chapter 1 for the introduction,introduces the research background,the purpose of the research,significance,and finally pointed out that the main contents of this paper.Chapter 2 of the analysis of the water security situation on the reservoir area,and it is serious.Chapter 3 focused on the search status of water in the reservoir area,found the shortage and the lack of need to be addressed.Chapter 4 for the establishment of joint mechanisms for water search and rescue in the reservoir area,and solved the key issue.Chapter 5 of the establishment of water search and rescue fund in the reservoir area,and solved the key issue.Chapter 6 for the full text of the summary and outlook.
