In recent years, China's motorcycle industry developed rapidly, production sales volume broke through 27 million, exports volume broke through 8 million, become the world's major powers motorcycle industry. At the same time, domestic motorcycles also keep steady growth, and have broken through 88 million. Behind such a large number, environmental pollution caused by motorcycle emissions become more and more serious. Chinese motorcycle phase III (nation III)emission standards will be officially implemented. Motorcycle industry is facing tough challenges. The method of Motorcycle Electronic Fuel Injection technology combined three-way catalytic converter is an effective way to deal with Emission standards to address at this stage as well as higher emission standards.In this paper, reference to domestic and foreign electronic control method of motorcycle technology development, Study on engine EFI system. Based on State "863" issue, improve the design of ZS125 motorcycle engine, develop a set of EFI system which suited its work features.From the basic ideas and principles of general motorcycle engine EFI system design, to target the characteristics of ZS125 engine and the project's requirements. Define the system designing program, including design and reform the intake system, fuel supply system and ignition system. At the same time , to target the shortage of product design in EFI intake manifold, research second development and special parametric design system of intake manifold in CATIA platform. Achieve the intake manifold parameterize and rapid design, to to improve the efficiency of the design of the intake manifold.Taking into account the needs of industry, design hardware and software of the electronic control system in the basis of cost control. Completed the design of input signal unit, electronic control unit and the implementation unit. During the design process, on the premise of the system's basic functionality, reliability and accuracy, choose the devices in a reasonable. Ensure hardware circuit to be simplified as much as possible. Software design control procedures include single-chip design, sensor signal processing. In program design, take full account of the requirement of the engine working conditions, implement sub-modular design and add the disruption program design. Complete electrical control system and the matching engine and vehicle test. On the premise of that ensure the vehicle economy and power, improve the emission performance, achieve EURO III standard, and EURO IV as close as possible. The whole vehicle passed power performance and condition-method emission detection of state's detection institution, accomplished the subject's anticipative target. The emission level is lower than 50% of Phase III emission standard, which played a role of forecasting Phase IV emission standard and technical route that may be brought into effect in the future.
