Study On Management Model Of Road Transportation Of Dangerous Goods Based On System Dynamics

As the Chinese economy develops at a rapid speed,the production of dangerous goods is playing a more and more important role.The demand for the transportation of dangerous goods is increasing;however,the transportation supply and quality is not improving.What's more,transportation accidents occur occasionally,which have a huge bad effect on the society and the environment.In this context,the study into the management of dangerous goods transportation,aiming to raise the awareness of safety,improve the management capacity and sustain the healthy and steady development of the society,is of great practical significance.However,the transportation of dangerous goods in China is still at the initial phase.While the demand is increasing,the related laws and regulations are not sound enough.Although many enterprises are doing business in the transportation of dangerous goods,few of them are doing in accordance with standards.Therefore,a management mode,which can ensure the transportation safety and sustainable development,is in urgent need.From a general point of view,the transportation system of dangerous goods is a complicated one,with people- machine- environment involved.The relationship between its structure,function and behavior,and that between the system and environment is dynamic,dialectic and of unity of opposites.It is a very complex, open,dynamic and huge system.The best way to set up a road transportation system of dangerous goods is to figure out all the elements,and how these elements are related. On the basis of this,the right organizational management can be conducted.That's why the set-up of the system is a complex system engineering project,which requires a complicated and scientific approach.This thesis takes a complicated and scientific approach to analyze the complexity of the transportation system of dangerous goods, takes advantage that the System Dynamics(SD) plays in solving complex engineering projects,and set up the optimized decision model of logistics-economy-environment SD structure of the road transportation system of dangerous goods.Taking into consideration the similarity between the current management status and shipping management enterprises,this study bases itself on the system power mechanics, draws experience from the third-party shipping management mode,and proposes a new management mode-the third-party professionalized road transportation management mode of dangerous goods.
