Information System Research Of Transportation Management For Area Road Dangerous Goods

In recent years, with the country's national economy rapidly developed, the new chemical products massively emerged, and the types and the freight volume of dangerous goods transported by railway has unceasingly grown. As following, the significant and fatal accidents of dangerous goods transported by automobile frequently occur. How to establish a safe and strict management system of the dangerous goods transported by railway, implements effective management to the dangerous goods of some regions, becomes currently extremely matter of concern for the transportation management department. Through the present management situation research of the dangerous products' transportation in the domestic and foreign, this article analyzed the main questions of dangerous goods transpiration on road currently in our country; elaborated the related theory of the district road dangerous goods transportation management system. Using the related theories which elaborated, this paper has designed the district road dangerous goods transportation management information system, this system has following function: it realized the unification management for basic situation of the region dangerous goods' production, transportation and use, and the transportation management department can realize macroeconomic regulation and control to this region dangerous goods; it realized computation of the Weight Set and Fuzzy Synthetic Evaluation by VB programming technology for the selection of best moving routes; it preliminarily realized the knowledge inquiry of dangerous chemical accidents' emergency and executes rescues. The result indicated, this management information system operation is easy to use and its usability is strong. This article is an important paper to raise the level of the transportation management of dangerous goods in our country.
