The nautical simulator is widely used in the navigation education because its advanced function and truely immersed feel,it plays an very important role in the study and training of students.Although the function of the simulator developed in our country or other countries is relatively perfect,and meets the requirement of education traning and science research,but its automatic assessment function can not meet the requirement of training.The assessment of simulator is mainly based on the people's subjective opinion now,but the result is different because the different teacher and the method of assessment.In order to let the student find the shortage,rectification according to goal,and make the assessment is equity and reasonable,the research of the automatic assessment is necessary and urgent needed.This thesis researches and realizes the assessment of the large ship entering and leaving port followed the radar plotting assessment in nautical simulator.The articlel gets the appropriate assessment parameters by inquisition to experts,works out the important degree of each factor by Analytic Hierarchy Process and indicates the standard according the requires of the navigation technology,port design and maritime department.After investigates many exercises of the traning and exam of the students,it gets the error distributing function by the SPSS tool through the way of non-parametric assumption checking method in conceptualism.Then calculates the grade area according the commonly probability in the teacher's mark by the Matlab tool.At last, obtains the student's' final score through weighted average method.The System uses VC++6.0 to realize,it records the score in the MS Access database through ODBC which can be facilitated to find and use in the future.After debugging and modifying many times,the system gives the assessment to the record of large ship entering and leaving port training in nautical simulator,the assessment effect of the whole system has been ratifyed by the teathers.The system breaks the phase of the assessment which just has whether or not pass,it increases the interest of students and lightens the burden of teachers.
