| Vacuum circuit breakers have been widely applied in power system,as the most crucial role in switching electrical equipment of power system.Vacuum circuit breakers play an important role in the control and protection in electricity transmission and distribution power system.The availability and reliability of power system is directly determined by the operating performance of vacuum circuit breakers.Mechanical characteristics instrument for vacuum circuit breakers can be used to make power transmission run continuously and efficiently,to reduce the failure rate of equipments and to improve the reliability of switches.Based on the research of characteristic and trend of testing for circuit breaker,a new measuring system of mechanical characteristics for vacuum circuit breaker is proposed,which will help to improve the efficiency of maintenance and realize the state maintenance.It has great significance in aspect of economy and technique.Firstly,the structure of the vacuum circuit breaker and its working principle are analyzed in this paper.Then,the effects of mechanical characteristics on vacuum circuit breakers are discussed.And on this basis,the basic principle of the testing system is introduced in detail as well as the design of hardware and software.In this paper,ATmega16 is applied as the core in whole system,which is one of AVR Series high performance chips.And the peripheral hardware interface circuits and liquid crystal display circuits are designed.The testing system selects the grating scale of SR-1 as the sample acquisition unit,and designs a signal conditioning circuit.After hardware platform designed,the corresponding software program is developed.Lastly,relevant experiments have been done,and the dates have been calculated and processed.The results of the relevant measuring experiments indicate that the mechanical characteristics instrument for vacuum circuit breakers can run steadily,the measuring method is simple and the results are exact.The measuring system already achieves the anticipated effect,and has a better banausic value and applied foreground.And it also provides some useful experience and the reference for the future research.With the rapid development of sensor technology,signal processing technology,the microelectronic technology and computer communication technology,the testing technology for mechanical characteristics of vacuum circuit breaker will get more consummation and improvement,which will promote development process of intelligent circuit breaker. |
