Study On City Bus Capacity

The bus capacity is the important content of the bus ,is the main object of the public traffic department or enterprise management. Whether the bus disposition is affecting the conventional public transportation sustainable development reasonably, improving the rationality of the capacity allocation of the bus is means effenctive to producing efficiency, service quality and attraction as weel as reducing the consuming and traffic jamming.In this paper, the bus's capacity is carried out planning study separately from the three aspects which is the total quantity and structure of bus'capacity as well as line's capacity. In the bus's capacity total quantity, take the general methods of the bus's capacity total quantity and summarize their pros and cons. Considered the ample capacity correlative data collection difficulty is big, this article combines the grey theory and establishes the gray forecast model. When the precision of the grey model forecast has not met the requirements, carried on the second forecasts with the linear regression model and fitting using the integrated prediction method to ensure the forecast precision. In the vehivel structure optimization, analyse its influencing factor, the vehicle type and technical parameter, establish the improvement model based on Markov forecast method, and carry on the data processing using the SPSS software to optimizat the vehicle structure. In the line's capacity disposition, take the influencing factor as the constraints, establishe the line ample capacity disposition model and take the bus capacity total quantity reasonable disposition on public transportation line. Last, take Chongqing bus as the example, optimize the bus's capacity total quancity and vehicle structure in Chongqing main city, and carry on the line's capacity disposition take 301 as the example to confirm this article fundamental research.This article has provided certain method for the public transportation ample capacity plan and laid certain foundation for the conventional public transportation plan through the public transportation ample capacity plan's systematic researching.
