Basing on the Characteristic of Beijing-Qinhuangdao Expressway obvious strictness longitudinal and transversal crack , take rubber asphalt concrete overlay as his preventive maintenance measure. Calculating the pavement fragment adoptioning contradicting -cleft -glue and glass fiber grille ,deal with the existing crevasse, at kaminaka surface layer install rubber asphalt water proof adhesive layer , at the same time guarding against water coming into nakashita surface layer,enhanced interlamination bonding , guarding reflection crack developmental effect.Carring on rubber asphalt mixture majer experimental content absum:First) basing on Beijing-Qinhuangdao Expressway department affording stone carry through aim matching design .Second) carry through mixture marshall compaction and correlated performance test ascertaining optimal bitumen aggregate ratio .Third) basing on cold burden matching carry through caloric silo bolting , ascertain caloric silo matching ;Fourth) basing on caloric silo matching carry through marshall compaction experiment . Fifth) carry through the experiment on road performance of mixture ,analyse rubber powder incorporation oppositing asphaltic high-low temperature property,elastic property,aging resistance on amending condition, analyse the improved degree influenced by the quantity, source, procedure and base asphalt of rubber powder. Analysised by inside experiment and constructed outdoors experiment road , the improvement that expresses the asphalt mixture anticipate to add the rubber powder to the heat function is very obvious, it can prevent from the glint crack development more and goodly.
