| Density of standing passengers,capacity rate and overcrowding coefficient of urban rail traffic and other factors determine the personnel quota of rail traffic trains,and density of standing passengers stands as the deciding factor.It affects the transportation capacity of rail traffic system,scale of the system,project cost, operating economy and security,service level and so on.Therefore,the study of density of standing passengers makes it possible to strike a balance between the service of rail transportation and engineering as well as operating economy,which has a great significance to our country with the rapid development of urban rail traffic.By comparing domestic and foreign standards of density of standing passengers, and analyzing present domestic researches on the density of standing passengers,it is found that in our country systematic study on influences of the density of standing passengers on the rail transit is deficient and investigation data of practical operation is also scarce to support domestic researches.In view of the problems and deficiencies of existing study,the influence on each factor of rail transit system by density of standing passengers was analyzed,and the relationship between density of standing passengers and scale of rail transit system,project cost,as well as operational energy consumption was achieved.Then,we investigated the characteristics of density of standing passengers,the relationship between density of standing passengers and passengers residence and the boarding efficiency of typical rail traffic lines in Beijing,and obtained the corresponding conclusions on density of standing passengers by employing qualitative and quantitative research methods.Based on the conclusions above,the standard of density of standing passengers was discussed in respects of the primary contradiction between rail transit service level and economic engineering and operation, crowding degree in all lines,and the particularity and security of the passengers flow. Then,relevant conclusions and suggestions were provided.In the end,to solve the problem of decreasing service level caused by larger density of standing passengers, measures to optimize vehicle service facilities,to increase transport capacity were put forward. |
