Urban rail transit as the preferred mode of transportation for urban residents,the reliability of its line operating service is closely concerned by the general public and operation managers.In recent years,around the bus service reliability has been gradually carried out related research,but there is no concept of service reliability of city rail transit line and determined the model.Therefore,in this paper,the reliability and promotion strategy of urban rail line operating service are studied.The purpose is to provide theoretical basis for the reliability calculation and promotion of line operating service.From the two aspects of line operation carrier(train)and operation main body(passenger),starting from the quality of line operating service,this paper deeply studies the characteristics of train operation,passenger compartment density in passenger compartment and the backlog of passenger flow under delayed condition.In this paper,the reliability model of line operating service is put forward in combination with the theory of "reward and penalty" parameter fusion,and the reliability improvement of line operating service is studied.Specific content is as follows:(1)Analysis the factors of the reliability of line operation servicesThe characteristics of train operation and the temporal and spatial characteristics of passenger flow are analyzed.The connotation of line operating service reliability is put forward,and the influencing factors of line operating service reliability are studied.(2)Study on punctual reliability of line operating trainsThe punctuality of urban rail transit line operation is studied based on train operation rules and delay propagation balance and the punctuality reliability of the train model is established.The model parameters solving method is given based on the theory of the Gini coefficient and the Lorenz curve.(3)Study on the coordination degree between operation comfortability and transportation capacity of lineThe density of the standings and the capacity of lines delivery passengers are studied.The calculation formula of the density of the standings is given,and the coordination degree model and the algorithm of the capacity of lines delivery passengers are established.(4)Construction of urban rail transit service reliability model and case calculationLine operating service reliability model is established based on the theory of"reward and penalty".This paper is on the background of the delayed Metro Batong line,and the punctuality,comfort and the capacity of lines delivery passengers are calculated and analyzed.(5)Study on reliability improvement strategy of urban rail transit operation based on examplesThe objective function,constraint condition and solving algorithms of the promotion of the line operating service reliability are given.The paper still is on the background of the delayed Metro Batong line and combines with the promotion strategy given to calculating and analyzing the validity of the strategy for delays and delays occurred after being absorbed.The results show that the train's punctual reliability,the density of the standings and the capacity of lines delivery passengers can reflect the condition of line operating service.The reliability model of line operating service can quantify the level of service quality.And The promotion strategy can effectively promote line operating service reliability.It provides a theoretical basis for the calculation of the operational reliability of urban rail transit,and provides theoretical support for improving the service quality of urban rail transit line operation.
