With the development of social economy, the water which city demands is more and more, but the water on the ground is polluted while the water under the ground is overused, so the water which the city can supply is very limited, and many cities are confronted with the great problem: lack of water. However, the sewage can become recycling water after it is retextured, the recycling water can be used in many areas where they do not need high quality water such as: daily life, city construction, industry and environment. Gradually, the recycling water becomes the second water source in city. In reality, the rate of recycling water reused is very low. Why the recycling water reused develop so slowly? There are many reasons like technical problem for this result. Of those reasons, the most important reason is that we do not do deep and systemic research about recycling water reused. As a result, doing systemic research to improve the rate of recycling water reused has practical research value to promote recycling water reused.Under this background, basing on the recycling water's research fruit both home and abroad, this paper builds SD model about the recycling water reused in city. At first, this paper tells us the form about the system of recycling water reused: recycling water, subsystem of recycling water's demand,subsystem of recycling water's supply and government's action. Then, on one hand, this paper analyzes the relative factors which have influence on subsystem of recycling water' demand: consumer of recycling water reused, formal of recycling water reused, and this paper also analyzes the relationship among the above factors qualitatively. On the other hand, this paper analyzes the relative factors which have influence on subsystem of recycling water's supply: sewage's collection, sewage's retexture, recycling water's delivery, and this paper also analyzes the relationship among the above factors qualitatively. The analysis in this chain is the basis to build SD model of recycling water reuse. Next, on the basis of above analysis, this paper builds SD model of recycling water reused, this paper also take recycling water reused of Beijing as case to do simulation estimate, and provides some policy advise. Finally, this paper gives a summary for all its content and forecasts its further research.
