Under the global atmosphere of developing recycling economy, green industry and green production, the development of hydraulic technology is facing more challenge than ever. The specials of studying green production require seeking for the breach of green hydraulic technology, so developing the new hydraulic technology which adapts to the requirement of green production is becoming the important topic in the fluid-driven field.This paper points out: to solve the energy crisis, water should be used instead of the hydraulic oil as the system working media. However, the key technology of water pressure transmission is the corrosion control and the solution is: producing water pressure devices by using the anti-corrosion materials such as steel, ceramic works or engineering plastics, or controlling the corrosion of water to devices by using effective surface protection technology; or using hydraulic motor for energy recovery, or changing the viscosity of the oil-assisted methods to save energy; or applying advanced manufacture technology, improving machining precision of devices and minishing the clearance of the coupling devices to reducing the leakage; or adopting recycling acid-washing to clean oil and properly using filter to control pollution effectively; or adopting cable remote control or lineless remote control as the way of controlling the hydraulic system to improve the system robotization level , reduce the rate of malfunction, reduce the wastage of hard relay materials and improve the system efficiency; or exploiting digital hydraulic components to realize accurate control.This paper also analyzes the dynamic capability of hydraulic motor and gives out the digital proposal on oil- pressure system of on SZ-250A type Injection Molding Machine and complete the design of the PLC control system of MMB1320B-type Cylindrical Grinder.
