The Empirical Study On The Innovative Design Of Architectural Firms In Contemporary China

The life of building creating lies in innovation, residential buildings' design take a huge quantity at the field of building design. This article focuses on the design innovations of China's emerging architecture firms building in the areas of housing. Through methods of questionnaires, interviews, field research and positivism research, from the design concept of residential building, functional space, building configuration and some other innovative elements ,it will dissertate and analyze detailed, and conclude three innovation models of residential building.Firstly, a variety of conceptual innovative model, and secondly, the different ideas modules triggered innovation model of the updating the functional space. Thirdly, innovative model is from visual form. It reveals the innovative law of the residential building configuration and provides creative design of contemporary residential building with practical reference model and evaluation criteria.
