With the development of the society,The demand of people for the function of architecture is also constantly improving.The transformation structure can satisfy the rapid transformation of the vertical building function,so the transformation structure has been widely used in recent years.However,the location of the transition layer is not the same,and there are many factors that affect the stress of the transition layer,which brings great trouble to the design.In order to study the stress characteristics of the transformation structure,different structural parameters were changed to analyze their effects on the transformation structure,and the changing rules were summarized,so as to take corresponding measures for different situations.In this thesis,a multi-group calculation model is established by taking a 25-story high-rise conversion as the basic model,taking changing the position of the conversion floor,changing the upper and lower structural stiffness of the conversion floor,and changing the floor opening rate as the structural parameters.By changing the structural parameters,two different structural software are used to analyze the influence on the transformation structure.According to different research objects,the model is simplified and adjusted appropriately,and the calculation of small earthquake,the stress analysis of medium earthquake floor and the elastic-plastic time history analysis of large earthquake are carried out.According to the calculation results,the influence of the parameters on the period,displacement Angle,interlayer shear force,overturning moment and floor stress of the transformation structure is analyzed.The results show that the fundamental period of the structure decreases first and then increases as the position of the transition layer increases.Due to the large stiffness of the conversion floor,the displacement Angle has a sudden change at the conversion floor,and the maximum displacement Angle does not occur at the position of the conversion floor,but at the floor position of the lower and upper half of the conversion floor.The seismic shear force increases with the increase of the transfer layer position and tends to decrease when it exceeds a certain height.Under the action of large earthquakes and small earthquakes to maintain the consistency of the change,but the higher the transfer layer position,the easier to appear at the bottom of the plastic hinge,the design should avoid the use of high conversion.When the structural stiffness ratio of the upper and lower parts of the conversion layer increases continuously,the period decreases continuously,and when the stiffness of the lower part of the conversion layer is strengthened,the period ratio tends to decrease,and the torsional effect of the structure is obviously weakened.The sudden value of displacement Angle at the transition layer is also smaller,but the seismic shear force is larger.The analysis shows that the cycle ratio increases with the increase of floor opening rate,but the cycle ratio does not change significantly when the floor opening rate exceeds 50%.In a certain opening rate range,the floor opening has a significant effect on the structure torsion.With the increase of floor opening rate,the displacement Angle of the structure also increases,but the influence on the displacement Angle is only in a few floors near the opening floor,and has little influence on the floors far away from the hole floor.When the floor is holed,it has little influence on the floor stress far away from the hole floor,but has certain influence on the floor stress of the floor floor and the floor stress of the conversion floor.It is found that the floor stress of the transition floor is not only related to the opening rate,but also affected by the direct force transfer from the shear wall on the transition beam.
