This text has probed into intellectual DSS based on many Agent and application overallly in the hydroelectric power plant thoroughly, improve the operational efficiency of the power system and economic benefits through realizing economical operation comes. The article has introduced the necessity implementing economical operation in the hydroelectric power plant at first, and has deepened to Agent technology and much Agent systems, careful research, has provided the formalization of Agent to define, have discuss the communication principles of many Agent systems especially, has set up because of the control system model of economical operation in MAS factory of power station finally, this system usually adopts and divides one layer of control structure, disperse and pass the steps to control to the whole system. Have expounded the fact in the article the economical operation of power station controls the characteristic of the course and type characteristic of many Agent systematic communication coordination,etc. in detail, have confirmed coordination model of this system as and concentrated and distributed the coordination model that the control method combines together, have chosen more common KQML communication language in concrete communication language; Establish much Agent power plant's information management systems, sets up systematic model, the operational mode studied between each model layer coordinates the way with the communication, optimize assigning to load at the same time, open scheme confirming, total result of shutting down optimumly and assess and coordinate throughgoing and painstaking studying with the communication that the aircrew operates controlling between four subsystems, have confirmed that coordinates the detailed step which finishes the task within the whole system through communication.Set up and further investigate aircrew make up, optimize many Agent system (load optimize subsystem of assigning and optimum to open and park the machine system) ,Between these two pieces of subsystem module is interdependent, it is generally after load optimizes and distributes the result of calculating, start optimum to open, shut down scheme confirm subsystem come, confirm optimum aircrew make up and open the scheme of shutting down. Through in this research part, have chosen more advanced improving the hereditary algorithm of the self-adaptation on the basis of the best choice of the parameter, many Agent instead of combine together, set up a new kind of hereditary algorithms of self-adaptation based on many Agent theory, regard it as load and optimize and distribute the subsystem and optimum key content that open shutting down and optimizing the algorithm Agent in the scheme subsystem.
