Research On Key Technologies Of Highway Safety And Life Protection Engineering

The purpose of highway safety life protection project is to eliminate the hidden danger of traffic safety,reduce the number of traffic conflicts and accidents,and reduce the degree of malignancy.The rapid growth of the economy in rural area increased traffic volume and highway mileage significantly,traffic safety situation is grim.It is particularly important of implementation of rural highway safety life protection to improve the level of highway traffic operation management and service level.It is of great significance to study the laws and characteristics of rural road traffic safety to provide technical support for the improvement of traffic.This paper takes rural roads with small traffic volume as the research object,conducts functional analysis on them,explores traffic safety evaluation methods before and after improvement,as well as the application technologies,and puts forward the methods to improve the level of rural road security engineering.It mainly includes the following points:This paper makes clear the definition and characteristics of rural road with small traffic volume,analyzes its traffic safety status quo,and analyzes the influencing factors of rural road traffic safety from four angles of people,vehicle,road and environment.The function types of rural roads which are different from the main roads are divided,and the types and characteristics of safety hazards of rural roads are studied.In order to facilitate risk assessment and improvement scheme design,combining with the functional analysis of rural roads,this paper puts forward the qualitative evaluation method of road traffic safety diagnosis,and designs the road traffic safety diagnosis table.The fuzzy hierarchy comprehensive evaluation method is selected as the evaluation method of the effect of the implementation of security engineering,and the evaluation index system of the rural road traffic safety with small traffic volume is constructed,the weight is determined by Analytic Hierarchy Process,and the comprehensive evaluation is carried out by the fuzzy evaluation method.This paper explores the application of traffic safety evaluation method in rural road security engineering with small traffic volume,and based on the status quo and characteristics of rural road security engineering application,puts forward the key technologies to improve the security engineering,including the setting method of traffic safety facilities in rural road with small traffic volume and the improvement method of combination of hidden dangers.
