Study Of High Voltage Electric Equipment External Insulation Detection Based On UV Imaging

Ultraviolet imaging technology is a new method for the test of external insulation discharge of high-voltage electric equipment.By combining the"ultraviolet imaging detection and failure diagnosis of high-voltage electric equipment", a technological project of Hebei Super-voltage Company, this paper has simulated and compared the external insulation defect discharge of various types of electric equipment at the lab, obtained plentiful valuable ultraviolet spectrums of discharge, analyzed and concluded the reasons for and characteristics of external insulation discharge of electric equipment, as well as various factors influencing discharge strength. By combining the large number of valuable ultraviolet images of on-site collection, this paper has developed the company's technical specification of high-voltage equipment insulation detection and diagnosis according to the study of laboratory and field tests. Finally, the paper has adopted Delphi language and SQL Server 2000 database to establish ultraviolet testing information management system, and provided technical supports for the state management of the ultraviolet testing of high-voltage electric equipment.
