From the fuel quantum to the main steam pressure channel's nonlinear and large time delay characteristic in boiler combustion control system, this article utilizes current research achievements on the 3-dimensional temperature distribution visualization, adopting the radiant energy signal as controlled variable formed the cascade control system. The article optimizes the fuzzy controller's quantization factor, scale factor and integral coefficient by using genetic algorithm in controller's choice and optimization. Some betterments for classical GA using a improved selection method, self-adaptive probability of crossover and mutation. Using the principle of ITAE index minimum and evaluating compatibility of the fuzzy control rule optimizes its rules. The above-mentioned methods are applied to the main steam pressure control of combustion control system, the simulation results verify its feasibility.
