Research On Construction Organization Design Of Highway Network Toll Collection Project

The basic purposes of construction management plan is to establish scientific and rational construction plan, to reasonably arrange for the smooth and orderly progress of the construction project, and to make effective use of the construction site in accordance with the basic laws of building construction, construction technology and management. Optimize the allocation and save human and material resources, capital, technology and other factors of production, to coordinate all aspects of work, to improve competitiveness, to make the construction carry out planed and rhythmic, to achieve good economic returns, social benefits and environmental benefits.The paper explains the concept and classification of construction organization design, and analyzes the main content of construction organization design. Then, it introduces the highway network tolling project, and analyzed the progress plan and project of project implementation jointly designed. As well, introduces communication systematic rigging up and debugging scheme, charge systematic rigging up and debugging scheme and system Internet debug scheme, etc.Based on the above theories, the system of evaluating indexes of construction organization design of highway engineering project is established scientifically. Information entropy and analytical hierarchy process are used to determine the combined weight of the indexes. Multilevel fuzzy optimization model is introduced into construction organization design of highway engineering project, which provides a new way for construction organization design of highway engineering project. Finally, an example is used to validate the feasibility and veracity of the evaluation method. The evaluation result is analyzed, and feasible suggestions to construction organization design of highway engineering project are provided.
