The quality of electric energy is influencing the security and economical operation of not only the offering system but also the power consuming equipment. It is influencing the quality even the safety of people's life and property. Therefore, great attentions are paid to the management of electric energy quality all over the world.The goal of this thesis is to develop a digital system,which can monitor the five specifications of the quality of electric energy in real time.The whole scheme of the system regards digital signal processor (DSP) as the top management chip. It selected a high speed 12-bit A/D converter to sample in step, and obtained every parameter of electric grid. It utilized digital signal processing method to deal with the calculation of harmonic,three-phase uneven degree of voltage and voltage flicker. Besides, this thesis did certain studying electromagnetic compatible problem of the electric energy quality monitoring system, and have taken certain measure.The results of the experiment show that the speed of TMS320F2812 processing data can satisfy the requirement of the online monitoring.The system can reflect the changes of each power quality target quikely and accurately.Therefore,the system can well adapted to the power quality monitoring requirements.
