| Power station construction outside the Olympic Venues is of heavy task but with short time,which is linked to various difficulties in aspects of politics,economic,society, environment and technology.During project management,we encountered lots of difficulties.The Company created a series of management procedures and methods which contributed to the improvement of project management and finally the success of this project.With practical survey of the project,this thesis is to study the current project management performance and identify the areas that may be further improved regarding to progress,quality and safety.In light of the whole project view and all-around perspectives,this thesis analyzed the problems related to progress,quality and safety and provided countermeasures for future practice in power supply field.The study herein is to summarize and analyze the performance of this project for future learning and thereby provide some inspiration for similar project in the future. |
