With the implementation of the "three non-designated" policy for power supply enterprises in2010 and the cancellation of the "matching fee" policy for power supply in some provinces and cities since 2016,the power supply and distribution projects have entered the environment of market regulation and fair competition.For private power engineering companies,they can undertake the construction of power supply and distribution projects through market competition.Compared with the power supply enterprises "tertiary industry company",private power engineering companies face the lack of professional personnel and management experience,so it is necessary to study the construction management of power supply and distribution projects for power engineering companies to improve the level of construction management.Starting from the overview of engineering project management theory,this paper introduces the hierarchical management,engineering quality management,engineering safety management,engineering progress management and engineering cost management of engineering contract,and mainly introduces the management key points and control methods.On the basis of introducing the general situation and characteristics of power supply and distribution engineering,this paper studies the problems and causes existing in the construction management of power supply and distribution engineering.By introducing the general situation of Tianhetan power supply and distribution project,this paper analyzes the construction management organization planning and goal setting of Tianhetan power supply and distribution project.Finally,the implementation of construction management of Tianhetan power supply and distribution project is carried out from four aspects of quality,safety,schedule and cost,and the construction management scheme,content and elements are studied respectively.The construction quality,schedule,safety and cost of the Tianhetan power supply and distribution project have been effectively managed,and the Tianhetan construction project has been awarded 2018 ? 2019 first batch of The Luban Prize for Construction Project(National Quality Project).It has a certain reference significance for the construction management and control of similar power supply and distribution projects.
