The company is the relocation of Shougang Qiangang to Hebei province Qian'an city to the construction of a modern and efficient energy saving and environmental protection in iron and steel plant was put into operation in October,2004, and 2012 formed an annual output of 8500000 iron,8600000 T steel production scale, blast furnace configuration for 2650mJ, 2650m3,4000m3 three blast furnace, the coal gas balance and rich blast furnace gas 260000 m3/h, coke oven gas 30000 m3/h, in moves the steel construction of pure blast furnace gas in the gas steam combined cycle generating units, consumption surplus gas, so as to realize the efficient moving steel company, green environmental protection, the necessary condition for sustainable development.Gas-steam combined cycle power plants as can greatly improve the thermal efficiency, and to pollution problem is solved, and thus become the most promising power generation technology. In order to ensure the project's work progress smoothly according to plan, the progress of the project must be effectively controlled. In the progress of the project control process, the need to focus on the objectives identified within the plan to carry out the construction, so that the entire construction process to maintain an orderly state, so that the project to achieve the desired objectives. Based on the domestic steel enterprises to build gas-steam combined cycle turbine project faced many factors, with the progress of the project management theory knowledge systems research, analyzes gas-steam combined cycle power plant project in the construction process there are difficulties relating to the progress of the problem, made further progress in improving management methods.
