With the development of the national economic,construction has been a stanchion industry of national economy.The development of the construction has decided the growing consumption of ready-mixed concrete.In our country, ready-mixed concrete is mainly used to the city utility and civil architecture,the consumption of ready-mixed concrete increasing annually.Recently,it is an important part to transport the ready-mixed concrete from cement concrete mixing station to construction field.The qualities of concrete mixing truck performance restrict the development of the economy of the construction to a certain extent.Concrete mixing truck is a compositive equipment with chassis for a car carrying equipment for mixing,transportation and cleaning,which transport to the ready-mixed concrete from cement concrete mixing station to construction field. Concrete mixing truck is indispensability equipment in country infrastructure engineering,especially in large-scale construction field;greatly reduce the heavy manual for transporting concrete,improving construction progress and efficiency, which is a perfect and modern equipment.Using of this manufacture can get high-quality concrete in construction site;reduce noise,dust and remnants of pollution,the industry in line with national environmental protection policy.Mixing tube is a very important part to load and transport ready-mixed concrete. The performance of the mixing blades directly determines the residual amount of concrete material and the vibration characteristics of mixing tube.In this paper, discussed the three-dimensional parametric design of the mixing equipment—helix vane in Mixing tube,and analyze the strength,stiffness,and modal analysis of the mixing blade in the finite element analysis software.On this basis,do the structural optimizations design of the mixing blade.Meamwhile,using the CFD software for mixing concrete mixing tube carriers of the internal flow field numerical simulation, and finally test the concrete mixing truck for field test.In this paper,take the advantage of the three-dimensional parametric design method for the design of the mixing tube and the mixing blade.Using the parametric design can shorten the design cycle,save design costs and improve design efficiency.It can be shown from the mixing blade finite element analysis in ANSYS software that the non-uniform stress distribution of the mixing blade,maximum stress and minimum stress difference of several orders of magnitude,the largest force leaves in the middle department of the mixing blade,so in order to use the mixing blade in the actual working conditions to meet request and to avoid waste of materials,adopt the modified Powell optimization method to optimize thickness size of the mixing blade,it is helpful to design the mixing blade.Meanwhile,analysis the flow field of the concrete in the mixing tube in CFD software,explore a method of simulting the complex fluid like concrete,simulation results are analyzed,do the field test with the concrete mixing truck,the test results meet the requirement.
