Research Of Risk Assessment On The Network Planning Implementation For Special Load Industrial Zones

Based on the analysis of interruption risk on special load,it is of great value to take risk assessment on the special load which calls for high security of power supply,such as load in petrochemical industry,in iron and steel industry,and in electrified railway and other high-risk load.The interruption risk on contingency load,due to failures in the network of power supply enterprises,is studied in the aspect of interruption capacity and interruption loss in this paper.According to calculation and economic analysis,the planning scheme of power network and the capacity of Emergency Power Supply which should be provided by consumers(enterprise) and power supply enterprises are estimated.This thesis is organized as 5 chapters.The risk assessment concept is introduced into distribution planning procedure.A novel distribution planning theory based on risk assessment concept is proposed and applied on Shenyang petrochemical industry district to design a high reliability distribution network where a high reliability distribution network is planned to meet the requirement of special load.
