Building energy conservation to achieve sustainable development is one of the important issues in the current market economic conditions,it's essential to build the energy-saving technology for the evaluation of research. At present, both at home and abroad have carried out a large number of related research work, but far from perfect, especially our country, in the whole life-cycle assessment of sustainable development theory, theory of construction projects, as well as integrated technology-based economic theory, such as building energy efficiency optimization are rather weak, especially in quantitative analysis of the theory and more a lack of case still requires further study.The main purpose of this paper is to establish building energy-saving technology integration and evaluation of optimization methods for optimization of building energy efficiency programs provide the tools, and examples of analysis based on the method proposed to promote the building energy conservation promotion. Specific studies include:(1) Building on the basic theory of energy conservation, including life cycle assessment and sustainable development theory, theory of construction projects and technology integration, such as economic theory;(2) On this basis, from a macro point of view, analysis of building energy-saving technologies in all life-cycle factors on the effectiveness and efficiency of energy-saving effects of the provision of technology to enhance optimization of building energy-saving methods, the architectural design from the outset, building energy efficiency and integration, At the same time, application of renewable energy -solar energy and the use of solar thermal energy-saving method of building envelope;(3) Integrated optimization of energy-saving technologies in the evaluation to theory, energy-saving methods of technology integration based on energy consumption from the energy-saving, energy efficiency and environmental aspects of the social construction of energy-saving technologies to build integrated optimization method of evaluation, this article from an economic point of focus is on optimization of building energy efficiency evaluation of technology integration;(4) Boquan also build on the example of an analysis of district to verify the results of theoretical research and case-related support issues.Optimization of building energy conservation technology research summary and evaluation of research findings show: from the life-cycle considerations, the construction of the initial investment cost of energy through energy efficiency can be digested and reasonable investment in energy-saving design can be about 7—11 years to get the recovery time . Government should encourage the use of both mandatory and building energy-saving technology policy to promote the work of building energy saving, energy-saving technology to speed up the optimization and evaluation of a systematic evaluation of the development.
