Building energy conservation to achieve sustainable development is one of the important issues in the current market economic conditions,it's essential to build the energy-saving technology for the evaluation of research. At present, both at home and abroad have carried out a large number of related research work, but far from perfect, especially our country, in the whole life-cycle assessment of sustainable development theory, theory of construction projects, as well as integrated technology-based economic theory, such as building energy efficiency optimization are rather weak, especially in quantitative analysis of the theory and more a lack of case still requires further study.The main purpose of this paper is to establish building energy-saving technology integration and evaluation of optimization methods for optimization of building energy efficiency programs provide the tools, and examples of analysis based on the method proposed to promote the building energy conservation promotion.
