The Evaluation Research On The Satisfaction To Community Human Settlement Environment

Human settlement environment was a subject of studying the environmental situation of Habitat. The community human settlement environment satisfaction research was the study on the satisfaction of residents. In recent years, with the improvement of living standards of residents, the demand of various facilities and services which communities could provide to the residents was increasing. And there were various things, including natural ecological, economic, social, the residents themselves and so on, in the different communities, Which made the community human settlement environment undergoing a obvious change.As China's economy in transition, rapid urbanization process, many communities was built almost in one night. Communities human settlement environment were usually in poor state, and the satisfactions were very lower. These affected the residents'community welfare and stability and even the whole city harmony. At the same time, most research about cities and communities focused on the description of living situation. But there was just a little literature on the community human settlement environment satisfaction.In this context, the author cited the "customer satisfaction" principle of economics to set out relations of residents and the human settlement environment satisfaction. It made residents as clients and the community human settlement environment as a commodity. And the residents'satisfaction of human settlement would like clients'satisfaction of Services and commodity. In the current period of economic and social transition, the community human settlement environment satisfaction of the "clients", that is residents, affected the present and the future of community building and perfecting. In this paper, taking Dalian as an example, it studied the level of community human settlement environment satisfaction of residents. And it also explored the spatial variation of such satisfaction at the level of city. And it got more things affected residents of the community living environment satisfaction index, including the natural ecological environment, socio-economic situation, the residents'different background.
