The Evaluation Of Rural Human Settlement Environment Satisfaction And Optimization Strategy Research In Zhaohe Town Fangcheng County

The paper first clarifies the connotation of rural and rural residential environment,discusses the research background,as well as the national policy which offers strong support to improve rural living environment.The research course of rural living environment at home and abroad is studied.The paper focuses on the selection of evaluation indexes and evaluation methods on the rural living environment at home and abroad.Living environment system can be divided into natural ecological environment,infrastructure,living conditions,public service and social relations from five aspects.Here by using the field investigation,field interviews,questionnaire survey,it combines the analytic hierarchy process and Delphi method.According to the practical situation in Zhao he town,we select 34 evaluation indexes,adhere to the principles featuring human-centered,scientificity,comprehensiveness,direction and operability principle,construct an assessment index system of rural residential environment,which will evaluate rural living environment comprehensively.Next the article analyzes the evaluation results and makes a conclusion so as to put forward a rural living environment optimization strategy of Zhao he town.First combining field investigation and questionnaire to get information,the paper discusses on optimization strategies according to obvious indicators of each system on the Zhao he town rural living environment such as:chemical fertilizer,pesticide pollution,beautify the environment,water supply,public toilets,garbage collection and processing,drainage and sewage treatment,the villagers living conditions,the greening around the yard,the cultural and entertainment facilities,strengthening agricultural technical guidance and so on.Then some problems about improving the rural residential environment will be discussed in this paper,such as paying more attention to the villagers'appeals,strengthening government's policy guidance,broadening access to finance,etc.
