Study On The System Of Cement Concrete Pavement And Base Course Construction Quality Control

With the development of our roads building, the highway traffic flow and the load are growing continuously. So the Requirement of the highway pavement performance is higher and higher, and the highway pavement performance is nearly connected with the quality of pavement construction. Cement concrete pavement is favored by peoples because of its excellences. They are well stability, durability and roughness; high strength and less work of maintenance. Cement concrete pavement is widely used in high grade and heavy traffic highway.At the same time, the quality problem of cement concrete pavement and the base course are more and more noticed by peoples. And the quality of construction is the very important factor that affects the quality of the cement concrete pavement and the base course, so the quality problem of construction becomes a serious problem.My article through the study of the construction technology of cement concrete pavement; the early disease of cement concrete pavement; the construction technology of base course and the style of base course, sum up the key points of construction quality control. Meanwhile, my article shows out the method of construction quality control around the key points. For the easy using of the method of construction quality control, I programmed"program of cement concrete pavement construction quality control"and"program of base course construction quality control". Through the using of the program, we can control the construction quality of cement concrete pavement and base course effectively, and improve the quality of the road engineering from the fundamentality.
