And it has analysed the technical consultation system in the work of quality management, it has strengthened the quality control in the construction process through the construction monitoring, and emphasizes the dynamic quality management technique applied in the asphalt pavement construction, so it can improve the level of asphalt pavement construction quality management roundly.According to the work experience of asphalt pavement construction monitoring in Foshan area, the control ways and main management points of construction quality control have been analyzed separately for base course and surface course of asphalt pavement, from the main productive factors influence on construction quality of asphalt pavement, according to the corresponding characters for base course and surface course of asphalt pavement, the people management, the choice of construction machinery, the main quality control points of HAM and the process control methods of construction technology have been analysed in the thesis.The thesis presents that taking full advantage of PFWD and PQI or other detecting instruments detect the quality of asphalt pavement quickly, it can reflect the shortage and improvement contents in construction through the detecting results.In addition, the dynamic quality management technology basing on X-R quality chart has been introduced to apply in the construction quality management combine with a example in Foshan area.Practice studies have shown that it is very necessary for improving total quality management system to introduce the quality assurance system of asphalt pavement construction containing the third-party technology consulation organization. As to using PFWD and PQI get good effect of quality control in the site testing of asphalt pavement in Foshan area, asphalt pavement construction quality testing must emphasize the rapidity of detecting method and the timeliness of quality evalution, and it can reflect the quality results of asphalt pavement in time, so that it has implemented the construction quality process control technique of asphalt pavement roundly. In addition, it deemed that asphalt pavement construction must emphasize the ways of process control, using the suitable dynamic quality management technology in asphalt pavement construction process, from the beginning of preparation prior to construction, including material quality control, machinery equipping, the main points of construction technology, quality monitoring technique study and other stage must be systematic managed, it can assure the stability of asphalt pavement construction quality in Foshan area.
