Study On Psychological Effect In External Environment Construction Of Residential District Of Harbin

In this paper, with the investigation of external environment of residential district in Harbin, the author analysised and studied the relation between the effecting factors of psychological effect and psychological effect of residents in external environment construction of residential district, according environment psychology. The text on the basis of interview and investigate in many residential districts of Harbin, determined five representative ones for the objects of field survey. In the district, which had been investigated, the author random sampled 1000 valid questionnaires. Survey data was analysised by SPSS statistical software. Study found mental requirements depended on individual factors in large degree, such as gender, age and education. Different people have different feeling for comfort, safety, unblocked, convenient, recognition, territoriality, privacy, communication and participation of environment. According to results of analysis, the text combined with successful experiences of investigation district, and problems and deficiencies founded in field investigation, then summarized the model, which should be special attention, of external environment of residential district in Harbin in accordance with residents' psychological effect. The construction of external environment of district should be according to regional characteristics of Harbin itself, from aspects including embodying regionalism characteristics, priority considering the need of weak potential group, satisfying mental and behavior of residents. The model provides practice guide for the construction of external environment of district in Harbin. In five surveyed district, Zhongshan Garden District and Aijian Jinyuan District have better comprehensive evaluation. They are best accord with those modle characteristics. They are all worth reference.In a word, it is important to take mental requirements for basis and starting point in paper, analysis and evaluation the external environment of residential district in Harbin. Then based on this, the paper discusses that, what kinds of environment is really suitable for residents, how to create environment which they want. Then the author establish the model of external environment of residential district, which is suitable for own characteristics of Harbin.
