Research On The Traditional Architecture Group In Lanzhou Wuquanshan

Wuquanshan traditional architectural group is located in the famous Scenic Spots Wuquanshan in Lanzhou area.It has a long history of development which remains a great number of traditional multicultural cultural heritage resources.Most of the traditional architecture are Buddhist temples,Taoism and Confucianism palaces,which formation unique Humanistic landscape with natural enviroment.This thesis analysis Wuquanshan traditional architectural group from multiple aspects: formation reasons,location,layout,and architecture that aimed at its authenticity and importance so as to provide basic information and theoretically basis for the preservation and development of the traditional architectural group in Lanzhou Wuquanshan.This thesis first analysis the characteristic of the historical development stage of the Wuquanshan traditional architectural group on the basis of illustrates fomation and the historical evolution.Then this thesis analysis and summarize the location reason of the Wuquanshan traditional architectural group from physical geography,socio-economic and other aspects.Afterward this thesis analysis the spatial layout of the Wuquanshan traditional architectural group and conclud:the spatial layout is made up of the east eastern region,the midst and the west region by the effects of geographical enviroment.Every region has their own characteristics with the natural landform itself and close combination. And then this thesis analyzsis the characteristics on the space type,space sequence and space techniques to sum up the rules of the space construction and the characteristics of the space sequence of the Wuquanshan traditional architectural group.Further this thesis summarize the characteristics of the traditional architecture in Wuquanshan by research the type,history,framework structure,roof type and decorative art of the single building. Finally this thesis elaborates on the value of the Wuquanshan traditional architectural group based on the research and provides measures on its preservation and development for the problems in nature,Humanities,traditional architecture and infrastructure through the analysis on the status quo.
