Planning Study For Public Facilities In The County Central City

Such as education,health care,cultural and sports facilities are the main contents of the city public construction of public facilities,which has become the essential content for improving people's livelihood and building a harmonious society,so the implementation research of city's public facilities of County Center has become an important issue,which concerned about the planning of our countries and cities.This paper took Chengcheng as example,which mainly researched two aspects; one is the operation methodology of public facilities from the public welfare mechanisms perspective,the other is public facilities planning of Chengcheng.Firstly,thesis introduced current researching status of the domestic and international public facilities,and it describes the public and quasi-public elements of public facilities,operating mechanism and its impact on the manifestation of public policy from products as the social point of view.Secondly, the author introduced the current development status of educational facilities, health facilities and of cultural and sports facilities of Chengcheng,identified and summarized the problems in the process of planning and implementation after researching the using status and new requirements,analyzed the problems in-depth from the operational mechanism of public facilities,planning standards,trends in the development and other different perspectives,explored the appropriate operating mode.Chengcheng the previous planning method,to some extent caused by enrollment difficulties,medical difficulties,lack of cultural and sports facilities and so on,through the integration of urban and rural public facilities during the Chengcheng public planning process to conduct in-depth consider that education, health care,cultural and sports facilities from a regional perspective,the effective use of existing resources and integration,taking into account the different levels of demand,a reasonable goal configuration.Based on these studies,thesis centers on the town public welfare of County public facilities planning three recommendations:city planning to reflect the changes in public policies and recognize the correct target system to ensure that the rigidity of the planning public facilities.With a view to public welfare facilities in the county town planning center for reference and reference.
