The Research On Layout Planning Of Public Service Facilities For Public Welfare In Qujiang New District Of Xi'an

Urban public welfare construction has always been the focus of social concern. The construction of public welfare service facilities is the top priority of urban construction. Public service facilities can be divided into public welfare facilities and profitable facilities according to a profit or not. Qujiang New District, as a bright pearl in Tang Chang'an, is an urban development district based on cultural tourism, cultural industries. With its residential population and the migrant population increasing year by year, the demand of education, health care, culture, sports and other public welfare service facilities have been increasing. Therefore, this study has great practical significance.Public welfare service facilities layout research is a systematic research topic. This text is divided into four parts; the first part put forward the meaning and ideas in detail of the study. Then make a brief summary of Domestic and foreign-related research. The second part summarized the rule and main issues by a comparison between the old and new districts about the city public welfare service facilities, and discussed the layout of public welfare services model, then pointed out the development trend of public welfare facilities. The third part consist chapter 3 and 4, according to the data collection and research, carried out a detailed analysis for public welfare service facilities of Qujiang New District by both holistic and partial, and summarized the five most significant factors affect the public welfare facilities services in new district. Chapter 4 as the core of the article, discussed the guiding ideology, the planning objectives and layout ideas in detail for Qujiang New District, and put forward comparison programs from different points of view. In addition, put forward the countermeasures of various types of public welfare service facilities layout.This study conducted a comprehensive exposition for public welfare service facilities layout. Contribute to understand the depth of current public welfare services facilities layout. In addition, the ideas and methods related to the study can provide reference to the relevant departments is also the significance of this research.
