The dissertation《The Screen Definition Test of Air-Conditioner Remote Controller》is proposed in this situation of needing exact detection for the requirements. At the present time, the detection of the screen definition of air-conditioner remote controller is manual and there is deficiency. It is perplexing to operate, inefficient and low precision for traditional equipment and it spend a lot of time to the detection. Therefore, with the advance of computer technology, image processing technology and so on, this detection system on the screen definition of air-conditioner remote controller would resolve the deficiency, which would be more practical and wider prospect in the future.The image definition detection system is based on CCD, which is non-contact, real-time, flexible, exact. It is composed of work-table, CCD, collection card for image, light, motion controlling board and PC. Getting a good image by the control of the light is important. The optical signal is transformed to the electrical signal by CCD and being image signal transmitted to PC by collection card for image, then the signal is analyzed to evaluation function of image definition, the system give a evaluation value. The detection system is simple and effective because of the whole operation being controlled by mouse, and people can be released from complex and hard work.In this paper, we analyze and research the key technology of image definition detection system. The research for the system include: a detailed introduction of the linear-array CCD chip principle; analyze the advantages and disadvantages of several driving circuit and high-speed data system. Pointed out that the "image quality evaluation" concept and give the history and the classification of the image quality evaluation, The author also summarizes and compares a variety of the characteristics of existing methods of image evaluation, puts forward a estimating method of image definition evaluation based on the five regions. We use the image acquisition system in the remote detection of image definition to prove the effectiveness of this method through experiments. |
