| The rapid development of hydraulic technology provides our country the technical base for the aerial cage,s development and research. Although the developing level of the aerial cage in our country is lower, the market requirement is getting more and more huge. It,s the similar circumstances in foreign countries. In this paper, I have studied in great detail the design method of folding-arm aerial cage,s hydraulic system, according to the design principals of the hydraulic system, and supplied a perfect hydraulic system design method and platform for every kinds of aerial cages.In the paper,some key problems have been also studied thoroughly.Such as the safe design for system,the system design for varying-range cylinder system controlled by compound electro-hydraulic proportional valve and the mathematic model, the analysis of dynamic characteristic, some other design problems except hydraulic system .At last, the paper has prospected the way forward for aerial cages at present .
