Study On The Planning And Design Of Modern Domestic Administrative Center

The upsurge of the construction of city administrative center at county and city level in China is coming along with the acceleration of reform and opening-up policy and urbanization, which plays a great role in the improvement of urban structure, environmental quality and government development, architectural innovation. It also explores the image of government, transformation of government functions, reform of government organs and the administrative concept. However, outside the mainstream, there are harsh contradictions and inconsistency.This paper analyzes the social influence, historical backgrounds, restrictive mechanism and limited idea of the heated construction of city administrative center from the point of urban planning. It also summarizes the motive and achievement of city administrative center construction and discusses further study and development of it. In the main part of the thesis, the author studies the planning of urban administrative center, and then elaborates on the site selection, functional group characteristic, structure mode and character trait. The paper summarizes - the reason inquisition - tendency discussion research mentality through the phenomenon analysis - rule,later, author points out the principles of planning and construction, the trend of the future development and analyzes the reason why there are problems like fixed image, allocation stereotype, insufficient merit, out-of-controlled city size in the construction of city administrative center. Then, the author provides a possible approach for solving the above problem from the perspectives of social development, mechanism innovation and system improvement.At last, from the three views of macroscopic, the middle and microcosmic, this paper proposes the open research framework for the research content and direction of urban administrative center.
