The Resesrch On Architectural Design Of Administrative Services Center

Administrative services center is a new kind of administrative institutions in our country in the context of the construction of "service-oriented government" in recent years. It provides integrated services to citizens or businesses, through the centralized office of government organization and relying on advanced services. Administrative services center concentrate the government departments with examination and approval functions through a centralized office, achieving the One-stop processing of government approval and bringing great convenience to the public. As an open and public government office building, administrative services center is generally used centralized open hall as office area,achieving the face to face communication between government office workers and the masses and providing an effective platform for the construction of responsible, efficient, transparent, honest and service-oriented government.Because of the few specialized research on this type of building and the lack of clear building regulations in China, this paper attempts to explore the design rules of this kind of architecture,combining the mode of operation of such buildings and comparing cases that have been completed and put into use.The research content of this paper includes the construction site,internal space combination, external space design and architectural image design of administrative services center, among these aspects,the internal space combination is the focus of research.Combining with processes and patterns of administrative examination and approval, elements of internal functions of administrative services center was concluded. Then combinations between the various functions, circulation design, auxiliary function space and digital information facilities were discussed, basing on the stream line of examination and approval procedures and processes of approval service. Simultaneously, combining with the design theories and practices of this type of construction and by analogy analysis, localization and function of such buildings were discussed and siting principles and design principles of external space were provided, including square form,traffic organization, landscape design and populist architectural image.In the last part of this paper, advanced cases of this type of construction were summaried and the development of such buildings was prospected. Through the analysis of administrative services center, I hope such buildings will be cognized systematically and roundly by people and this paper will play a guiding part for the future construction of administrative services center.
