In this article equivalent enthalpy drop method is abandoned as the demerit of similarity for the results of the calculation, instead, we will take the effect distribution matrix equation as the core, by changing the numerical elements including q ,γandτin the equation and the structure of equation, to establish a calculation model with the performance of such fault factors impacted on the thermoeconomy, which is versatile and suitable for computerization. The 200MW Units of the GuoDianJingYuan Power Plant will be taken as the research object in order to investigate in detail and summarize the usual faults of the feed-water heating cycle system and introduce the relative prediction, while proceeding the thermo-economy analysis for such faults by applying the calculation model. In the end, with comparing the change of thermo-economy benefits, a modified scheme for solving the current faults in low pressure spare water system is introduced.
