| This paper introduced the development status of the GIS's application in the management of transmission and distribution equipment; brought up the significant meaning of developing the mobile management system of transmission and distribution equipment in DeZhou power network. This paper designed in detail the function structure and the network structure, which includes the networks'general collection mode, the choice of the GIS's platform, the data's synchronization mode, the configuration of database, the development environment and its hardware facilities, as well as the specific function design in each function module. Methods of constructing power networks model are given in this paper. Finally, this paper summarized the actual application condition, and concretely analysis the direct and indirect economic benefit of this system. |
