Urban distribution network is the "capillary" of electric power system and one of the most critical links to ensure the power supply reliability.With the economic development in China,distribution network is expanding constantly,and the number of equipment such as distribution transformers and switchgear is also growing rapidly.So that,the improvement of the maintenance level requires more professional patrol terminal equipment as well as the application of automation and intelligent technology in patrol inspection.Combined with the practical demands in the power supply enterprises,this thesis develops multi-functional and highly integrated intelligent inspection terminals and inspection software for power distribution system patrols,and puts forward a standardized patrol and peacekeeping evaluation model scheme.This thesis first collects the equipment fault records in a district cable network in Guangzhou and analyzes the distribution of fault types.In reference to the key features and their detection methods,the weak spots in inspection are proposed and the requirements on sensor types,sensitivity and configurations are pointed out.For this purpose,a set of intelligent mobile inspection terminal is designed.The terminals integrates the infrared temperature measurement,the local discharge detector and the gas detector.All the terminals are portable,light and compact so that patrol personnel can make flexible selection according to different tasks.Then a standardized inspection process is proposed and solidified in a mobile inspection APP.The APP is developed as Android system,which applies GPS to locate the power distribution rooms and equipment,connects the terminals with mobiles through WIFI,gets measurement data and transfer them to the remote database by means of public wireless network.This design supports the data collection,analysis and decision-making for maintenance.An equipment state evaluation model based on analytic hierarchy process is established,and the rationality is verified by the example from application data.Studies of the thesis can solve some of the current difficulties in inspection,including carrying too many instruments,inspection data manual inputs,randomness in inspection etc.,and provide more convenient terminals and tools for patrol.It realizes the data automatic collection and exchange and ensures the data accuracy.Application of the techniques can promote the mobile intelligent inspection in distribution network and improve the inspection efficiency and quality.
