Urban transportation which plays a significant role in the normal function of a city is one of important basic facilities.Urban transportation while facilitates the people daily life,also brings many negative transportation questions,which have been drawn much attention and have restricted the sustainable development of cities.All traditional measures to slove the urban transportation problems have failed to meet the existing requirements,With taking into consideration the complexity of urban transportation,the limitations of traditional traffic control methods.So auto-adapted fuzzy coordination control theory and C++ object-oriented thought have been taken as tools to simulate and study the urban multi-intersection coordinated controls.Firstly,based on an analysis to the development of city traffic control system both at home and abroad,although the theory of the isolated intersection at home have been showed maturitily,much deficiency in artery traffic signal control system research have also been put out.So that the related research on the urban multi-intersection coordination control shall been carried out Urgently.Secondly,the basic theories ofurban line coordination control are introduced.Researching on the evaluating index of signal control system,Video image technology and the data fusion technology,the characteristic and compositional factors of urban line system and relative-degree in Intersections have been analysed as well as the control plan of the urban line has been put out.After introducing the fuzzy theory's related concept,two level of coordinated fuzzy control plan has been designed emphasisly,variable universe fuzzy control has been introduced to carry out auto-adapted control and the example has been put out with the Xiamen Municipal government main road's transportation data.At last the"coordination control's plan surpasses the traditional control plan"has been carried out.Finally,based on the related knowledge of traffic engineering,the object-oriented programming thought has been used to design simulation software of artery traffic signal control system.The running status of main traffic flow has been showed,which provided the reference for transportation management to control artery traffic signal control system.
