| The large-span single-layer cable net glass curtain wall is a new style of architecture structure of point-supported glass curtain wall.In order to achieve special capability such as large span,super light weight and maximum transparency,it wall has more and more been used.At present,the large-span single-layer cable net glass curtain wall develops quickly at home,however,the theoretical and experimental studies have lagged relatively behind the needs of the project development.The study of it in China is still at the beginner's stage,the study is mainly concentrated in the single-plane cable net's force on the properties of its bearer properties of commonly used cable,connectors and glass separate analysis.In fact, glass and single-layer cable net metal connectors are connected together to form a composite structure,to bear the role of external loads.Therefore,the problem of the related mechanical research under the overall structure can not be ignored.Some problems related to the study of related to mechanical problems for the large-span single-layer cable net glass curtain wall working in coordination are discussed in this paper.In the large-span single-layer cable net glass curtain wall projects,the strength analysis of glass in its design are an important and not ignored aspect,and is used of point-supported plate glass bending theory analysis.Reduction factor is a bridge of connecting plate bending theory of large deflection and small deflection bending theory,the glass structure supported by the Agency to connect directly affects the glass reduced coefficient.Because of construction and other factors,the actual construction of the connecting structure is different, which summed up to a reasonable degree of difficulty has a great need for further theoretical and experimental study.The out-of plane stiffness of the plane cable net structure is mainly provided by the initial tension and the elongation of the bracing cable.The structure's geometric nonlinear characteristic must be considered while we are studying the mechanical performance of the plane cable net under the out-of-plane load.The formulae of on the tension in cable and the deformation of the cable net under uniformly distributed load have been deduced by the analytic method in the article.It may be convenient for engineers to design a plane cable net in conceptual phase with the formulae.The research of the appoint-supported glass curtain wall's bearing capacity has been analyzed by the splint-type connector without consideration of the glass.Based on the nylon-cushion's function between the splint-type connector and the glass,the whole makes the different parameters in the 3D FEA solid models.The glass is analyzed by the different parameters' changing in the function of the wind-load and deadweight-load,and the FEA results compare with the design method for the point-supported glass curtain wall's panel.The conclusions are offered for the future designs of the appoint-supported glass curtain wall and the whole analysis of the practical engineering.The research of the large-span single-layer cable net glass curtain wall working in coordination capability is based on the vertical & horizontal prestressed cable's non-planar and the function between the splint-type connector and the glass in the 3D FEA solid models, the paper makes the different parameters,such as glass thickness,distance between vertical prestressed cable and glass,distance between vertical cable and horizontal cable,cable diameter and cable prestress.Under the single-layer cable net for the splint-type connector-supporting working in coordination,the whole structure is analyzed by the different parameters' changing in the function of the wind-load and deadweight-load,and the FEA results compare with the design method for the point-supported glass curtain wall's panel.The conclusions are offered for the future designs of the single-layer cable net for the splint-type connector-supporting glass curtain wall and the whole analysis of the practical engineering. |
