The Project Plan And Control Study Of Governing Zhuohe River In Hi-tech Zone

The river is the key resource and environment vector of the formation and development of the city, which is related to the city survival, restricts the development of city and is the important factor of affecting city style and beautifying urban environment. The current situation of urban river management is not all good. With the social progress, the development of technology, our rapid urbanization and the changing of human needs, the function of modern urban river has greatly enriched and developed. The urban river management project puts forward many new requirements. But the traditional management mode under the planning economic system exists many problems in new economic environment, which also does not accord with the characteristics of engineering project management. Therefore, the use of the basic principles of modern project management of urban river construction project planning, organization and control, becomes the important problem of urban river management project construction, which needs to be solved urgently. First, based on current research at home and abroad , it introduces the related concepts and basic knowledge of the project management, organization structure and management of project cost management, quality management and it also introduces the theoretical foundation of construction project management. Secondly, based on the basis of relevant principles , it adopts scientific project management means and methods,introducing something about the governing of Zhuohe river. Based on the theoretical analysis of the project plan and control study of governing Zhuohe river, with the related theory of changing some logical relation, I analyzed the uncertainty of the cost of time limit for the project. I assure the scheme of compressing the duration of time, and adjusting the authorized scheduled plan. Achieving the specified project duration and optimizing the resourse.
