As an important branch of management,project management in the enterprise in the process of the planning and implementation of the project is the key.The successful implementation of a project and the manager’s grasp of the project process,and the time and resources management of each link in the project process are inseparable.MCC is the largest and strongest metallurgical construction contractor and operation service provider in the world.Is one of the key resource enterprises identified by the state;It is the largest steel structure production enterprise with domestic capacity.It is one of the 16 central enterprises identified by the state Council of the state Council in the first batch of real estate development as main business;It is also the main force of the basic construction in China,and at the beginning of the reform and opening up,it created the famous " Shenzhen speed ".In 2016,the company will be awarded the business performance appraisal of the head of the central enterprise in 2015,the head of the central enterprise,2013-2015,and the"excellent enterprise of science and technology innovation ",ranking the 290 in the ranking of the" 500 enterprises in the world".Based on the description and analysis of MCC port building project,this paper studies the role of various factors of project schedule management in the practice process,with the aid of progress plan and control method in project progress management,the project follow-up construction is designed,and find a positive and effective project schedule control means and guarantee measures,to the future project implementation and control play a certain reference.According to the current progress,the project has completed the foundation and foundation engineering,and is carrying out the construction of the main structure.In this paper,for the two parts of the project depth analysis of the project duration node,use of progress management,progress plan,schedule control measures to ensure the completion of the project node,through optimization of the part of the construction period,so as to achieve the purpose of saving the construction period,create favorable conditions for the follow-up work.In this paper,through the project schedule and control of the domestic and foreign basic theory and literature review,combined with the characteristics and difficulties in the construction of Zhongye port building project,according to the actual situation of the project,the project task structure decomposition and responsibility allocation,and through the task sequence and time estimation,find out the key path.And the project schedule control is based on this benchmark plan,according to the systematic control process,combined with management,resources,contracts and economic measures to ensure that the project implementation of dynamic tracking,deviation analysis and operation sequence adjustment,so that the project schedule to meet the requirements of the time limit for a project.Scientific and reasonable project schedule,and through the way of network planning optimization to implement the preliminary optimization of the project schedule,to ensure the completion of the important node tasks.
