In the beginning of this century, some enterprises began to develop Automatic Biochemistry Analyzer in the case of the development of automatic biochemical testing technology. Their products put into the market gradually and enter the hospital’s laboratory. Although domestic equipment is still young compared with foreign advanced equipment, but it has good development on on-line software due to region, culture and the development of software.In this paper, the development process of a certain type of Automatic Biochemistry Analyzer online software is modeled to explain the design of Automatic Biochemistry Analyzer online software from the industry background, software design, method design and GUI realization point of view. The paper thesis emphasizes the GUI design ideas, methods, and matters need to pay attention. The software is designed base on inspection procedure, reference to the same industry and testing laboratories operating habits, the entire inspection process is start from the sample preparation and end to printing inspection report, it’s always full performed in the menu design, in order to make the user of software more clearly; Similarly, software module partition is also close to the inspection process, and set aside the expansion interface, and easy to advanced development. Because of the special characteristics of multi thread running, the data stream is designed to make the data resident in memory when the software is running. It avoids the problem of duplicate reads, and guarantees the data version. The system architecture design separates the application layer and data layer, creates a separate data class, reduces the amount of code in the interface, and improves the ease of the code. Method design is the soul of the whole testing process, including the design of the analysis method, the calibration method and the measurement time series. In this paper, it is not the focus of this article, but it is only a summary. GUI design of the software uses the touch screen style, abandon the traditional menu, first consider the adaptability of the software in different screen resolution, the paper lists two methods, and discusses their advantages and disadvantages; Secondly, develop custom controls according to the user’s demand, make human computer interaction more intuitive. Finally, in order to meet different users’ requirement of inspection report, the software repackaged printing module, including the inspection report style design, preview and print function, fully realized the inspection report design of the single style. According to customer needs, we develop a separate response curve view software in addition, it is used to view and printing reaction curve file, easy for laboratory to compare and study.In the conclusion part, by summarizing the experiences and lessons of the author several years engaged in the hopes, and this future software improved is put forward.
