Medical Technology is in the fast developing todays. The biochemistry analyzer has become essential equipment in hospitals. It can detect body fluid and its accuracy has direct impact on the result. It can provide the background and requirements of enterprises.The paper completed the overall design of the hardware and software system. The modularized structure was used in the hardware system. It were connected through the CAN bus, and used STM32 as the control chip. The part design of the hardware system includes the auto sampler module, the motor drive module, the optical modules, the detection system and the auxiliary control module. The THB6128 was used to control the stepper motor system. The light detection system is to complete the transmission and reception of UV light. Separate design the driver and attenuation compensation circuit of the optional wavelength Because of the weakness and non-linear optical light signal, AD594 amplification was used, and the logarithmic amplifier LOG112 was used to calculate the absorbance of the light path section. The temperature system was based on DRV8834. Through Fuzzy PID control algorithm to control Peltier to maintain constant temperature. The software system includes the system transplantation and the implementation of functional modules, and the complete autos-ampler, sample temperature, data acquisition, communications.Through practical operation, the paper verified the correctness and rationality of the hardware and software.
