Study On Representative Distress Prevention And Maintenance Countermeasure Of Gan Su Province Countryside Roads

The countryside roads are important components for country roads network and important transportation infrastructures for national economy development. Constructing countryside roads among the road building keystone currently. How to construct and maintain the countryside roads, enhance its construction and the maintenance quality level, promote it building ,maintenance and supervisory standardization and scientific style, direct relation to realizing the superb target to comprehensive constructing affluent society .Gansu Province, with vast territory, long and narrow terrain, across spreading mountains, diverse elevations , and the climate is dry and changeable. This kind of unique geographical position, causes the geological landform environment, hydrology characteristics and climatic conditions, engineering rock and soil distribution to be complex, in addition, because of the weak infrastructures and shortage of funds , cause the countryside roads construction , maintenance and management difficulty, extremely easy to create the early diseases and the bursting disasters.In this paper, based on early diseases investigating , by inducting and analysis, summarizes that the typical subgrade diseases are frost boiling , subsidence, collapse , gap, the landslide and washout; typical surface diseases are pot holes, reveling of pavement, crack, frost boiling and depression. Through investigating and studying on the spot, analysis area climatic conditions, the hydrology geological feature, climatic zoning for highway and the roads diseases degree and so on, make systematic analysis and research for the mechanism which produces to the main disease, proposed the whole one set prevention and processing measure for the diseases, hoping to help the countryside road's design, construction and maintenance in Gansu Province.The paper according to the investigation and study achievement, through analyzes various regions road material distribution and the characteristic, proposed the choices of road material and the roadbed prevention engineering measure for the special area, recommended various regions typical countryside road pavement structure form, provided the technology reference for the newly built countryside highway engineering design and the construction.The paper analyzed the question which existing on countryside roads maintenance and management in the present, proposed the maintenance and management countermeasure: In view of the countryside road typical plant diseases, set the countryside highway maintenance essential requirements, the technical policy, the quality requirement and the maintenance technical measure to roadbed, road surface, and bridge and culvert.
