Research On The Plan Of Transformation From Direct Heating To Indirect Heating In The XueFu District

According to the research on the HuoJu district heating system in the XueFu District and the analyse of the heating status, sumed up the prominent problems of the direct heating system nowadays, were then the way of transformation from direct heating to indirect heating to solve the problems of the heating system, such as the complicated conditions of waterpower is not easy to adjust, hydraulic condition is imbalance between users and the problems of loss of water is difficult to be controlled and so on. For the actual situation in the XueFu region, this paper made a preliminary program of transformation from direct heating to indirect heating. Meanwhile,the diameter of first grade of water-network as well as the circulating pump in the district heating boiler room by calculating of the thermal and the hydraulic were checked, at last the proposition of transformation was given, with putting forward the alteration project of Heat Exchange Station in the Huoju district heating system. According to the analysis of heating planning, this paper suggested that the third Heat Exchange Station should be combined with the fourth. At last it analyzed its main equipment (heat exchanger) selection and demonstrated the necessity of adopting diminutive plate heat exchanger machine set. Finally, according to analysis of both economic and social benefits of this transformation, the conclusion of the payback period of this transformation is about four years was obtained.
