Researches On Planning Of The New Rural Communities In Chengdu Area

The building of rural communities is an important component to build a new socialist countryside, and is an effective means to solution of the three rural issues.At first this article contrasts the rural community and the urban community to clear about the rural community's definition and outstanding feature. Then this article introduces the theories and practice about rural community's constrution. Thus enables the later analysis of Chengdu area rural community to have both the rationale and the practice foundation.The research on Chengdu area rural community is divided in three levels. The first level is through the questionnaire survey in traditional rural villages to understand their present situation. The second has carried on the analysis to Chengdu present rural new community planning establishment work. The third level has carried on the investigation and study analysis to completely new rural communities through exploration on the spot.On the basis of the above analysis, this article proposed with emphasis that Chengdu area rural new community planning must first carry on the classification in the big urbanized background to the community career development, then the determination community's selected location, the scale, the spatial arrangement, male construct necessary and the infrastructural facilities and so on. Next must strengthen the research of the community industry plan in the community planning which is the economical support of community planning. Once more to the community space organization and building, the paper proposes individual design measure which mainly aimed at the street space design and the community center space design. The forth list the methods and the ways the public to participate in the community planning in the planning procedure. Finally, the author combines the Shiqiao community's project practice to show a more concrete elaboration to this article related conclusion.
